Air Duct Cleaning FAQs
How often should I have my air ducts cleaned?
We recommend cleaning your air ducts every 2 to 4 years, or more frequently if you have pets, allergies, or recent renovations.
What are the signs my air ducts need cleaning?
Common signs include excess dust around vents, musty odors, increased allergy symptoms, or reduced HVAC performance.
Does air duct cleaning improve air quality?
Yes! Removing built-up dust, debris, and allergens from your ductwork can significantly improve your indoor air quality, especially for people with asthma or allergies.
Can air duct cleaning help lower my energy bills?
Absolutely. Clean ducts improve airflow, which means your HVAC system doesn't have to work as hard—reducing energy usage and wear on your system.
Do you use any chemicals or treatments in the ducts?
No harsh chemicals. We use mechanical cleaning tools and vacuums to remove debris. If needed, we can discuss optional sanitizing treatments on request.
Will duct cleaning make a mess in my home?
Not at all. We use sealed, high-suction equipment designed to keep dust and debris contained throughout the cleaning process.
How long does air duct cleaning take?
Most homes take 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on the size of the home and the ductwork layout.
Is air duct cleaning safe for older systems?
Yes—our team is trained to handle duct systems of all types and ages, using methods that are effective yet gentle on your system.
